Product Exchange or Refund
In the rare event that a manufacturing defect is identified in a delivered product, Arcaenum is committed to providing a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued. This guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Warranty Conditions
Please note that returns, exchanges, or warranty claims will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults. To request an exchange, please contact us via email and return the product to the designated address. Exchanges will be made for the same item only.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and verified, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please ship the item to our official return address. Kindly note:

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
